hi so ive lost like 10 lbs now and now that im actually successfully losing weight i wanna put some things out there
1. ive been relentlessly online shopping all year and i was usually dissatisfied with the stuff i got because it didnt fit the way i wanted to while i was nonstop gaining weight. so note to self, material things wont fill the void that being your best, thin self will. instead of ordering shit again, save your money, make a healthy meal, go to the gym, and weigh yourself tomorrow. much better.
2. if you’re having a huge craving for something shitty at 2am, go to bed and if you still want it tomorrow, you can find a way to work it in to your diet. night eating is fucking gross and you know it. terrible habit.
3. go to the gym and at least walk. do it because it makes you feel good. also eating healthy feels way better than eating junk food and you know that now so dont sabotage yourself okay :)
that’s it for now. these are some truths i need to tell myself every day and writing things down really helps me.
