I do not count calories, I just eat 3 small meals a day and maybe more if I'm STARVING but if I'm just a little hungry I push through till my next meal. I work out at least 3-4 times a week doing intense cardio or easy weights. I have an active serving job so I can still lose weight even if I dont work out, but my diet has to be pretty on point or I stay the same. POSITIVE VIBES WILL GET ME ANYWHERE I WANT TO BE ALRIGHT LETS DO THIS
